Standing Out From The Crowd

I remember graduating college and seeing computers begin to come on the scene. Employees fought like heck to keep the "paper process" in place - change never comes easy. In today's world where change comes at break neck speed, how are we supposed to keep up?? In actuality we have no choice - especially those seeking employment. Hiring managers want to see candidates that "get it" and will likely teach existing employees how to do things more efficiently e.g. technology. This same principle applies with video resume technology - although it's been resisted for over ten years, change is inevitable and coming fast.
